Design ideas
The official PizzaVille website (www.pizzaville.ca) is informative, but the design is packed and lack of white space. Customers might lose focus quickly unless they know what to do on the page. In this website redesign project, I aim to increase contactless delivery pizza sales by improving the online ordering experience. All design ideas based on the research and usability testing.
Design features meet the WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards, including but not limited to:
- 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) (Level AA). The visual presentation of text and images of text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.
- 2.4.6 Headings and Labels Level AA. Headings and labels describe topic or purpose.
- 1.4.5 Images of Text Level AA. If the technologies being used can achieve the visual presentation, text is used to convey information rather than images of text.
- 2.2.2 Pause, Stop, Hide (Level A). For moving, blinking, scrolling, or auto-updating information.
- 2.4.10 Section Headings Level AAA. Section headings are used to organize the content.
